RF-Tech Team Steps Away to Strengthen Leadership and Collaboration

From March 14 to 16, 2026, the RF-Tech management team took a short break from day-to-day operations to focus on something just as important as delivery: how we lead, collaborate, and grow as a team.

As projects scale and timelines tighten, it becomes easier for teams to stay in execution mode without pausing to evaluate how work is being managed behind the scenes. Over time, that can lead to communication gaps, uneven workloads, and missed opportunities to improve how teams operate together. This training was a chance to step back and reset.

Held at The Cardinal Villa, the leadership training brought together members of our management team for a few days of learning, reflection, and connection. The setting offered a quieter space away from daily demands, giving the team room to think more clearly and have more open conversations.

The sessions centered on people management and financial management, key foundations that keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Investing time in these areas helps ensure that teams are supported, aligned, and able to handle growth without losing consistency.

The training was coordinated by Jonela Estimar, Operations Manager (BPO), and Mike Dioso, Culture Specialist (BPO). They worked together to create a space that encouraged both structured learning and open, honest discussion. The goal was to share ideas but more importantly, to align on how leadership shows up in everyday work.

Beyond the sessions, the team also took part in team bonding activities designed to strengthen trust and communication. With the shift in environment, conversations felt more relaxed and natural. These moments often help teams understand each other better, which makes a difference when they return to fast-paced project work.

At RF-Tech, we recognize that strong systems are built by strong teams. Taking time to step back, learn, and reconnect is part of how we continue improving our processes and how we work together every day. As we move into a busier season, this kind of reset helps ensure that both our people and our work stay consistent.

A big thank you to Jonela and Mike for facilitating the training, and to the entire team for showing up, participating, and making the most of the experience!
