1. Acceptance of Terms

RF-Tech provides data annotation, virtual assistant, and other IT-related services. The specific services provided are subject to change at RF-Tech’s discretion.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to RF-Tech.
Clients agree to pay for services rendered according to the agreed-upon terms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data provided to RF-Tech does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to RF-Tech’s services and materials are owned by RF-Tech or its licensors.
5. Confidentiality
Both RF-Tech and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the business relationship.
6. Limitation of Liability
RF-Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RF-Tech from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason with written notice to the other party.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bacolod City, Philippines.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
